Minnesota Grills & Rotisseries is happy to have catered the 6th Annual FOCUS Minnesota Fundraiser at St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church on Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis.
For the appetizer course, we served hummus, roasted eggplant dip, pita chips, olives, feta cheese, and ornately cut fresh vegetables.
Next we served a buffet style dinner which included a tomato and cucumber salad with our special Mediterranean salad dressing, sautéed mushrooms with a red wine reduction-butter & garlic sauce and baby red potatoes sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and a special blend of herbs and spices.
The main course was garlic & basil stuffed, lemon-butter glazed, fire roasted whole domestic lamb on the spit.
For dessert we served an array of melt in your mouth, homemade shortbread cookies and homemade baklawa with coffee.
