Ingredients
- 3-4 country style ribs
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 small chickens or Cornish hens
- 1stick butter
- 1tablespoon salt
- 1tablespoon pepper
- 1/4cup fresh rosemary
- 1/4cup fresh thyme
Instructions
- Slightly melt the butter and add 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon pepper, rosemary and thyme.
- Rub all the meat with this and place meat in the Minnesota Mini Rotisserie.
- Place the rotisserie on your grill and cook on low heat.
- Cook meat to recommended temperature. Enjoy!
